only if the condom breaks...
make sure you punch the "head" of the condom while you (or your partner) roll it in... so no air gets inside.

It's not as difficult to break if there's no air... if you use a condom properly, there's 97% efficiency in birth control...

Take some birth control pills if you want 100% birth control (along with the condom)
