You need to persuade girls to join your Villa and increase the total rent of the villa, to help your Mom. To thanks you she is sharing 25% of the total rent with you. The more people are satisfied to live her, the more they pay (for example if people get 100 desire, they'll pay 100% more)

You will evolve your relationship with girls you like, and unlock many types of scenes. Once you get enough Desire, you need to find a scene with the girls that will unlock the rest. (requirement of place, time, have done specific quests etc...)

Why Unity for 2D: So I can export to any platform, and I already have knowledge of the engine (have made games before), because it's far more optimized than rpgmaker, and because it's free. Why 3D models: Because I can't draw, and don't want to rely on other people to do my job, as I'm a 3D amateur artist, I can compose, set materials, model and render my own scenes on my own, I use some models from daz to speed things up, but everything is done in 3rd party software.

In the game you'll play as a Siren, someone with the magical ability to make people believe whatever she wants. Being a magic user doesn't come without its risks though, as most people on Varlision know full well. You are tasked by the guards of the capital, Cinderval, to find out what happened to several men who have disappeared in the city recently. Along with a friend of yours, Raehen, you will soon discover that the case you just took isn't as simple as it first seemed.
The game does not only feature a main story though. There are plenty of side activities. Explore the city, collect Qaza cards and try you skills against various opponents, talk to people and learn more about the lore of Varlision or simply spend your time training your stats to become the best Siren imaginable.
