yup, in almost all of the lecture halls i've been to while i was still in college... and the libraries... :smile_44:
also in my car that was parked on a busy street in downtown... with all the window tinted (but the front wasn't covered though)

haha. i dont know. i probably need a french mentality too.  i won't feel comfortable with just anyone watching.  

but maybe if i stay in france long enough and get used to seeing other people do it, i won't mind too much.
