I had First Aid Certificate but was long time ago and I have never renw it.
Though I can remember what to do but never have the chance to practise so I dont think I would try if someone is in eme ...

What I want to say, if we have Docter or Nurse around, of course it is better to let them to help.
But if no Doctor and no Nurse around and we see a young boy, eating fish ball and the fish ball is struck.........  only those who know First Aid can help him, to save his life.  If I was there, I might not have enough strength to help (Press the boy's upper back first, see whether fish ball can be thrown out or not.  If doesn't work, ask the boy to lean forward, then I stand behind the boy.  One hand in a fist, use another hand to press the fist.  The fist be put one finger on top of 肚遲) ...... but at least I can ask a man to help ....... to try to get the fish ball out immediately.
