i see it a lot in canada, and even once in hk.

i think guys look better with eyeliner, but not heavy make up. ^^  everyone can look better with eyeliner.

I have heard that many japanese guys like make up.

though i think the girl is not ugly to begin with, she was just not smiling... and it's jsut her eyes that are really ugly...

her eyes slant down a little, really small, single eyelid...

the after pic is really well done and the eyes look a size bigger with double eyelid (though a bit over done imo)

i once enrolled in one beauty courses and concluded that cosmetics r good invention in the century ... works wonder for both genders if one knows how to apply it

i agree.  ^^ for now...
but maybe when i get older, i'll need to do heavier make up. hahaha. 

i dont' really mind just walking out with light blush and eyeliner, but when i get older, i may be like those girls who use  layers of foundation to cover up wrinkles or whatever, hahhaha...
