oh, u remind me tat, frd of mine was 200 lbs, 17x cm, he start to on diet and then his weight drop to abt 180lbs, but he didn't lose weight, we called it a platform period, then he start to do aerobic ex. to help to lose wt. now he is 160lbs
mabe u can try this method, on diet 1st, then do ex. n it can lower the burden to your knee too
