A couple things to add:

The foreskin is not *just* skin, it's actually extremely sensitive sexual tissue.

Average man's foreskin has 240 feet of nerves and contains approx. 20,000 nerve endings.

It protects the head of the penis from getting hard and unsensitive.

It also makes sex and masturbation better by moving forward and backward and also making sure that sex is not too dry.

Circumcision is not medically recommended and does not prevent disease or infection. Circumcised men can still get diseases and infections. Men who get circumcised as adults might think that sex at first is more enjoyable, but as soon as the head of the penis gets dried out and hard, they will lose a lot of sensation.

Most men are fully retractable by the end of puberty, but if you find that your foreskin is still tight, you can apply a cream from the doctor and gently stretch it so it becomes looser.

Keep your penis clean by having a shower every day, retract the foreskin to rinse the head of the penis and if you use soap, make sure it is a mild soap, not too strong.
