i think this type of dance need flexiblity which we dun hv compare to young kid, but i think your muscles n ligaments can use to it if u didn't get hurt during the practice

when i juz started i felt like my legs n body aint mine after flipping n spinning on the pole in class
u r rite when time passes by i get used to it .. only at the beginner level anyway :smile_35:
