hey there are many ways to fake it ... i didnt mention any particular method wow ... dun put ur mind as mine
as to 浣腸 .. is it reali disgusting? should i google it myself?

now 浣腸 is japanese kanji and means 灌腸（or enema）
and ha ... enema is a new vocabulary to me
learn sth new every day
