It's due to professor teaching method
The course itself, for me, is very boring

my prof was boring too.. but the material and topic covered was pretty cool. we also covered a lot of cognitive biases..

the one i still remember the most is anchoring bias.
for a certain good, that you do not have perfect information, and don't clearly know the price of, the first offer matters A LOT.
the feeling of gaining or being ripped off is heavily anchored on the first offer

There are a lot of "媒" in those things

I have a relatives doing those "媒" in selling household products to rip off C9

BTW, my prof of that course is a chinese female
She works in a ibank or financial firm and part time lecturer ( 8-10pm for the coures =.= )

seasoned professional could be fun too... they're more practical and knowledgeable in the applications....
but usually a chinese female is a recipe for disaster.... usually....
