My friend in US, did that
400m sprint, 400-800m jogging, then 400m sprint
Do 4 sets - 6 sets ( 12laps near 5k) then rest.

You will be dead about the whole set XDD

It is to train the 爆發力 and a bit endurance

Burning, oh well, just keep running
No matter how slow you are
Just keep running up to 40 mins above

Otherwise, they will be totally absorbed....

KLN Bay to MK is not that far to me, less than 10k, but should be more than 5k

I won't choose road if I have a choice...

How about any running course in MK
