So far what I do, a small dumbbell, put my hand on my leg and use the wrist to move up and down

another one is , a bottle of water ( 500ml) . I move it as "infinity" sign

i saw some guys posting their pics with face too la....if they think its not a big deal then good luck to them lor.......
