Previously, most of the SPA BGs were willing to provide HJ service (of course with more tips) even with the RMB $498 package. It may be the reason which more and more people toke SPA service (yes it is expensive, but the atomsphere of having that service is real good, as some brothers had described), they try to raise up the level of charge. Thus, all the BG will just provide extra if you take the $818 or more expensive service.

BTW, there is a trick, which I tried and successful. Try to deal with the BG in the room and let them provide the package services with higher charge and give the charge delta to the BG as tips. It works. (please, this is still expensive but can save a bit if you still want to enjoy that atomsphere)
