Usually when I do it, I hold for 10-15 secs and do it several times

They are same thing but different ways though

Try to have the "V" shape (upper body + lower body, both raise and don't touch the ground except the part above butt )
That one is tough -.-

Professionals said usually, 1 cell can replicate only 50 times in the whole life. Then the DNA is damaged that no longer usable
That's where aging kicks in, partially

You need your heartbeat rate >= 60% of you maximum rate ( 220 - your age = your max heartbeat rate)
If you can get that rate by walking, it's perfectly fine
If not, better walk a bit faster or jog

Otherwise, it just burns your sugar level, not really burns your fat

You can argue older people may be easier to turn their body in fat burning mode but they still need to exercise to burn the fat.

One can't lose much if he has high heartbeat rate by doing nothing but walking?
