I guess you are talking the last one, it is 正骨 and all rooms have slide doors. Since the "room" are too small and narrow, most of bg will open the slide door easy for her moving around. Also, since it is a 正骨 place, customer & bg are OK to "open" the door.

If your story is true, I guess two possible cases:

1. the bg is just a part time - forgot to close the door. But she make a BIG mistake, even she provide the EXTRA service, in this 正骨 place, she should not take off your unders!!! YOU are lucky guy - have a "direct" service...

2. due to worse economic situation - this 正骨 place has changed their management, but I don't believe, their target customer include family member and lady.
