香港科學家高錕近年患上認知障礙症, 讓此病亦漸漸為港人熟悉。一般來說, 患者被確診之後, 由健忘惡化至完全失去自理能力只有三年時間, 而患者及家人均無力逆

轉病者。對於患者來說, 最無奈的事, 莫過於失去一生所有寶貴記憶變成一片空白。本著關懷患者與家人出發，本節目會訪問真實個案，聆聽認知障礙症初期患者、

照顧者、病患親友, 讓他們將自己最寶貴的回憶向觀眾分享。如果記憶真的可以備份, 最渴望留住回憶的人, 也許就是認知障礙症初期患者。
