舊藍田邨起初叫咸田徙置區，重建成現時的新邨後，邀請了舊街坊劉德華親筆提字，實屬屋邨威水史。今集找來藍田邨另一位舊邨民敖嘉年，暢遊他的童年寶地，昔日他如何在邨內

「通山跑」？嘉年還分享以前由平台爬上三樓住所的經歷，並細說十五座一個有關龍脈的傳說。
除了藍田邨，美麗僮琪亦走訪觀塘和樂邨，與地層住客來一個「貼地」交流；另外也參觀黃大仙邨的熟食亭，認識大排檔的幾款招牌菜。最後一集「屋邨友誼波」，幾位與街坊大玩
