場負責人搜尋黑松露的芳蹤，其間禁不住「親親」大地，呼吸泥土與松露的和弦。而Gigi姐亦就地取材，用天然的松露碎令瑤柱炒飯錦上添花。
從墨爾本出發，用半小時車程便可到達氣候溫和的亞拉河谷。果園負責人Len Rayners熱愛水果，每次見他拿起收成，總能感受到那份由衷的滿足。Gigi姐和嘉琪試味即場採摘的桃、

樹番茄和橙，多汁又清甜！還要留意「鮮果炆牛腩」和「粟子雞湯」的製法。
