If you are going to use English, please get the meaning right.
First of all, "Ball" is singular (單數), it should be plural (複數) because there is more than one
Secondly, "Balls" in English slang (俗話) means testicles (睪丸). The correct word should be "Tits".
Good ball may be used for someone who just had one single testicle removed due to cancer, and only one left!! Therefore the singular term.
Good ball.... really quite sad
