有咩方法可以令下面窄返??

我老公成日話我生完bb之後下面鬆左..
雖然佢口講話冇咩所謂,但我都想佢舒服啲...
我聽過人話做有啲運動可以收窄返陰道..但又吾知應該做咩運動...
同埋仲有冇其他方法???

一個終生既運動, 就係好似忍屎忍尿咁,

你擺隻手指喺陰道, 再做呢個動作, 就會感覺到陰道收縮緊,

咁做除咗可以令陰道保持彈性,

仲可以預防老來失禁, 所以應該常做。

仲有多食田雞, 或煲田雞湯, 有收縮子宮既效用。

如果可以既多食滋陰食品(如燕窩), 保持陰道滋潤。

kegel exercise (google for more specific instructions): basically you clench your vaginal muscles, hold for a few seconds, and release (put a finger or two in to check if you're feeling it and doing it right).

There are "weights" to help with the exercises (they are called vaginal cones)
