Hi Chings, I asked this a few times but no clear answer. I want to find more girls using QQ交友 and QQ城市達人, but it seems when I find the girls I can only do these things: 详细资料 打个招呼 发小纸条 送他礼物 测试缘份 ,but I cant add her QQ. And it seems do to this need to pay money. Some Chings told me no need money, but must upload photo. But I really don't want to upload photo unless there is good privacy. Also if little money I think is ok. Can Chings pls help and tell me! Thanks
