There are 8 catergories of votes, and we must vote all 8 catergories.
To select 1 singer agmonst 5, we have to vote 8 categories each time.

There are a restriction that each one can vote 1 time per day.
Any progamme can let the pc vote automactically and avoid the restriction of voting one time per day.
