Sam (Bret Harrison) tells Sock (Tyler Labine) and Ben (Rick Gonzalez) they can't be friends with Steve (guest star Michael Ian Black) and Tony (guest star Ken Marino) anymore, which leaves Sock depressed because he has become so used to having Steve and Tony take care of him. The escaped soul is a woman (guest star Emmanuelle Vaugier, "Smallville") who is threatened by beautiful girls and has come back to kill all the women she feels are more beautiful than she is. Sam panics when he finds out the soul's next victim is Andi (Missy Peregrym) and races to save her. Ray Wise, Valarie Rae Miller, Donavan Stinson and Andrew Airlie also star.

Sam告訴Sock和Ben不要和鄰居Steve及Tony做朋友，令Sock感到很失落，因為Sock已經十分習慣被這對同性戀人照顧。另一邊 廂，魔鬼帶Sam去到有性感靚女的拍攝現場，發現了一名慘被毀容而死的模特兒。 原來今集的鬼魂是一名女子，她回到人間之目的，竟然是要殺死所有比自己漂亮的女生！Sam發現鬼魂的下一個目標竟是自己的女友Andi，於是他設法阻止這 名女鬼下一輪的行動。
