Here is my own homemade (and tested) dummycut version ofUtsusemini that includes the higher quality 44mhz sound files andnodvd.exe (thank you again Kazune for hex alterations)
Simply download, extract and run seraph.exe to play!
I should note that this game still takes up plenty of room even WITHOUT the dummyfiles - but still its better then 7GB!
