為了答謝鼎爺煮出各式各樣的美食佳餚，阿譚帶他飽餐美味雲吞麵作回報。返回「阿爺廚房」，鼎爺用玫瑰露、高粱酒及滷水料把乳鴿先煮後冷藏，奉上酒香撲

鼻的「醉鴿」；及後再示範家常小菜「蝦膏通菜」，當中有何烹調要點？

糉慣常不外乎蒸、烚兩種做法，鼎爺卻精心推介「油炸糉」，重現懷舊風味；他還講解蘆兜糉、鹹肉糉、梘水糉的分別。吃過油炸食物後，擔心會熱氣上火？鼎

爺隨即帶來清甜可口的「黑白耳糖水」，讓大家滋潤一番！
