時下年青人喜歡善用悠長假期去外地打工，從中認識、體會不同國家的文化差異，同時將「嘆世界」和「捱世界」共冶一爐。然而，往外地工作有時並非如大家想像般舒適，假若在人口密集、生活條件簡陋的印度打工，而且從事最基層的工種，香港人又能否適應？

一連五集，袁偉豪、楊明以真人騷形式，在印度體驗五份極具地道特色的工作。送飯、洗衫、做打雜看似小兒科，可是在攝氏五十度的高溫、貧民窟一樣的嚴酷環境工作，又是另一番滋味。兩位真捱真做真出糧，用汗水感受一趟沒有假期的豐足旅程。
