別以為香港人只顧吃喝玩樂，其實熱心公益的善長大有人在，因為說到做善事，我們總是不遺餘力。吳家樂、滕麗名、江欣燕、胡諾言、梁嘉琪坐言起行，每集邀請一位愛心爆棚的

藝員做義工，為有需要的人提供協助，過程中與服務對象真誠交流，感受人與人之間的溫情。 一連八集，他們到訪石鼓洲康復院、石壁群育學校，親力親為維修堂舍，了解機構運作；又跟少數族裔、傷健人士參與特色活動，與眾同樂。
