【劇情簡介】：
民國初年，義字當頭的幫會話事人蘇飛（黃浩然）經營苦力館，財政受困，誤以為性格單純的宋禮和（陳錦鴻）是西關唐家大戶至親，刻意奉迎，欲在禮和所經營的新碼頭取利……誰料禮和隻是唐家大閒人，而真正掌舵人是廣州商界翹楚──唐家大小姐唐雅媛（郭羨妮）。雅媛長袖善舞，膽識和魄力過人，但卻為了家業犧牲了自己的青春，亦寵壞了妹妹唐雅文（林夏薇）。雅文性格反叛，故意和蘇飛胡混在一起，志在刺激雅媛…當唐家還在醉生夢死之時，廣州強人市長汪繼堯（羅樂林）卻意外中槍，震驚全市……而身份神袐的禮和竟被欽點成為廣州市長……蟄伏多時的牛鬼蛇神，各路人馬，乘著正月初五吉日，市長就職大典，傾巢搞事……
