新界村屋僭建爭議，持續一年，政府拋出方案，容許三層半的村屋登記，暫時不拆，其他的個案，不特赦，不容忍。村民拒絕登

村民去年要求政府「法、理、情兼容」處理新界僭建問題，甚至不惜與政府打官司，但到最近，新界鄉議局主席改變口徑，希望

以「情、理、法」處理僭建問題。又計劃於五月下旬發起村民申訴大會，爭取城市人的同情。在新界村民拒絕合作下，政府最終
