◎簡　　介　

在海外漂泊多年的Flynn Carson（Noah Wyle扮演）回到了紐約大都會圖書館，他打算重拾往日的工作，好好安頓下來。不過，一個怪夢讓他的想法落了空，他被引到了新奧爾良。在那裏，他卷入了臭名昭著的吸血鬼王子Vlad Dracul的巨大陰謀。Flynn必須像以前一樣，戰勝自己的恐懼，保護極具傳奇色彩的神器－－《最後的晚餐》中的聖杯。

Jonathan Frakes將繼續扮演Judson，昔日的圖書館員，如今已成為館長。當過海軍陸戰隊士兵的Judson在格鬥方面是個好手。Jane Curtin也將沿襲自己在上一部影片中的角色－－Charlene－－古板、認真、刻薄、沒有任何個人感情的人事主管。

《Heroes》中的女演員Stana Katic擔任第三部的女主角。她的角色名叫Simone Renoir，是新奧爾良一家爵士樂俱樂部的歌手，她那催眠般的表演，很快就讓花心的Flynn飄飄欲仙。事實上，她的秘密身份是聖杯的保護者，她將不惜一切代價阻止別人得到聖杯的下落。此外，她還有另一重身份－－400年前，吸血鬼王子Vlad Dracula將她變成了吸血鬼（唉，又是吸血鬼），她一直在苦苦尋找這個偷走她靈魂、讓她只能行走在黑夜中的惡魔。Flynn當然願意幫助她……一段愛恨交加的旅程開始了。
