I don't think you would get Chlamydia and gonorrea from oral sex , especially you were protected with condom.
NGU Chlamydia  prefers live and infect genital or.vaginal tract, hardly find it on the throat (oral). Gonorrea is possible not practically it's hard to transmit in a single unprotected oral sex. 
Vaginal sex is the main may to get it.
Other bacteria like E.coli , can be infected without sex, like you can't clean it completely after having had poo.

小弟二年前開始搵人幫手打x機叫左二次雞同十幾次左右按摩加打x機既服務，最近陰莖近包皮位置二三處地方生左幾粒點點，同埋而家自己幫自己出左之後陰莖會覺得好痕，我知政府有衛生科睇，不過聽講會影響保險同移民，所以想問下各位師兄師姊有無咩途徑可以檢查性病，價錢又唔會太貴

衛生科紀錄點會影響移民呢？保險就有可能，唔知佢地點樣可以搵到入院記錄，但睇性病科佢地應該check唔到。移民方面，有啲地方需要去check HIV，唔係衛生科比資料當地。反正只係手交，冇其他高風險，就無HIV感染。嗰啲粒粒可以去睇性病皮膚科，估計只係正常嘅腺體粒。龜頭痕癢甩皮，多數係細菌或者真菌產生，切記過量清洗，清水洗會好過梘液。
未做過HIV梅毒檢測的話，有時間就可以去做下，平常心當做嗰body check. Take care

救命呀！一個星期前去左叫雞，有帶套的呢幾日龜頭紅腫又出紅點，今日去左mhs睇醫生，初步話係龜頭炎 ，比左藥膏我查，我係咪中左招呀，好驚呀，好後悔
