Chicago chop house is better for its ambience and service.
Morton's of Chicago ) the main restaurant at State Street is worth a try. However it has not much difference for the one in HK since IT is a big chain steak house.
Personally I would pick Chicago Chop House on Ontario instead.
Another recommendation for steak house is Magnum steak house which is located at the opposite side of Chicago Chop House.
