well say.. i would have clearer structure in outlining ur homepage. i mean you could try sorting ur work samples into categories like printed n digital. n i m actually making a intro page in a typographic style. i
there are no grids n standards. but readers feel. its not necessary to construct some complicated graphics. but make sure its decent and presentable. think how u feel if u are the employers.
