do it when you feel like it. A hand can do the job just as fine as pillows. But don't force yourself to make it a monthly thing. Though too little or too much is bad for your body. Eat and sleep well are keys here. Try to ask your close buddies, but not all..since some just like to talk behind your back. Ask your siblings if you have any.
