I know KO will collect the guest list from reception first ! I think they wlill check the guest list, HK people, Taiwan guests and Mainlanders will be their target. They will not check the Foreigner ( western people, korean and Japanese) . If KO arrest the foreigners , they need to inform the relevant consulate which made a big problem.
