Yes I remember. Therefore, before I go out with someone, I prefer to talk on phone for a while.
At least, I will know about his communication skill is ok or not.
If cannot communicate well, really have nothing to talk wow.........
I think, it is better that you tell him directly that he is not your cup of tea <-- I always say like this.
If he keeps on calling, just reject his phone.......and send him SMS, asking him not to disturb you anymore.
