jsut my 2 cents:
forward looking is a positive attitude but without retrospective learning, progress will be slow and the road is be winding.
ppl make mistakes, not everyone are good at everything right at the beginning.
like I lost big $ in 97 and 2000, but i dont make same mistakes now.
