Still remember i was in F.4 - F.5, my maths was suck coz i hv no interest at all
then this "ar air" came and taught us maths
i think is bacoz of his voice, not that boring type and make u wanna sleep, that's important
then the way he present...
u know inside the classroom, students sit by rows, and he divided each row into groups, and drew the lines on blackboard to distinguish the area for each group
佢會出題, 然後起每一組叫一個人出去寫答案同steps出黎, 再一班去睇下計法有無問題
the way of teaching is having more interaction, and make students focus on the class more easily
and he was really willing to answer your questions til you fully understood what it was

You have to be more interactive
So, divide the class into groups ( columns probably? or row? )
that they can compete

Mark down their scores for each term
Give the winning group prizes at the end of the term

Since sit plan will be changed after 1 term or 1 semester
so, no a fix group will win all. should be fair too

sometimes be rows, sometimes be columns, so students could work for different combination
at my time, there was no prize
but when the team won, we were happy
that's it, simple but happy, and everyone would hv the chance to join
that encourage all students to participate

i was reading this book called cocktail for three. finished it.. now onto another chinese book on people who once lived in prison..
