now you goto extend miki's probation with good reason ... he has already tried his best to complete jobs and you cant just expect a newcomer doing things without ONE mistake, right? if he knows everything like you, he would be sitting at your position but not working under f-ing you :smile_22:

now why can't you sue him? what's the whole of point of issuing and signing a frikken contract then?

to be honest, this job is good for miki considering career-wise
it forces him to learn ALL the stuff in a short period of time since there's no one around, except him
just that the workload is crazy ... no pain, no gain i suppose

Her boss can modified the contract. Do you think the Miki can say no? If she say no, her boss can just terminate the contract and fire her. During the probation period the company can fire u at any time.
If Miki doesn't say no, her boss will let her sign the new contract again. Then it is legal to extend the probation.
Unless Miki can show that this adjsutment is against the labour law in HK. Or that she sign under undue influence or duress...............
