he said i made too many mistakes..but wat can i do? throw so much stuff at me at the same time, n i got on the job rite on audit season..

he is just an a$$hole ... you made mistakes and he took away the increment, which is understandable but to extend the probation period is irrational ... it's fixed when it's fixed ... he can't just extend to whatever he wants and i believe, the length of the probation should be printed in your contract ... if yes, you can even sue him for the breach of contract ... bloody hxll
