one of my HS classmates (male) was an introvert ... active in basketball but never talk to girls
i'm not close to him but my other male friend does
as i heard from my friend, he moved to US for study after F7 graduated and since then he started to chat over ICQ and somehow bump into one girl who was studied in Art stream in the same school, and the love chemistry started from there ... he travelled back to hk once per year so most of them they kept the relationship going via online and until the boy finished his bachelor degree, the couple got engaged ... though the boy soon went back to US for job and left the girl in HK ... well love conquers everything i guess and the LD relationship works for them and two years ago, they tied the knot and now are happily living in US

there are always exceptions ... if you hold the faith, nothing is impossible
