I think you have to know, what kind of stock transaction that you are looking for.
If you are looking for day trade, that mean, just earn few points then you will take profit, then you need to open an account, somewhere you can make transaction fast.

You are familiar with stock Bid / Ask price system, right?

I talked to my friend, he told me to keep some Chinese Bank shares if I want to hold it long
I don't have time to watch the stock market ( and I don't want to, I don't want to be slave by money in this sense)
So, I will probably wait for a good time (which you said I have missed), or a better timing to enter...
I now have 60k HKD to invest LOL
Hope can earn like 5-10% annually, I will be happy
