You are new to running i guess
Try to read the posture of running
Try the first 5mins to get the correct posture first
I think you got good running shoes, so i won't go over that
After the posture, get the rhythm of you breath too ( usually 2 in 1 out, or 1 in 1 out, everyone is different, even nose in mouth out or mouth in mouth out are different )
After that, with enough warm up and water, you can do that
You won't be weaker than Cherry
