Interval training ( rather than those 三項鐵人 one, just for running )
My friend in US, did that
400m sprint, 400-800m jogging, then 400m sprint
Do 4 sets - 6 sets ( 12laps near 5k) then rest.
You will be dead about the whole set XDD
It is to train the 爆發力 and a bit endurance
Burning, oh well, just keep running
No matter how slow you are
Just keep running up to 40 mins above
