For Japanese, I plan to join the course in 日本文化協會
I have asked several friends opinion, they all said that is the best
Next one is 中大校外進修, but the teaching quality may differ a lot from teacher to teacher.
中大 one is liek 100% more expensive for the whole beginner course, and approximately 70 hours more in course
