Letting x = 2y ( x = truck length, y=car length)
Then It now makes me think the length is not that important , provided that truck and normal car have the same speed although this is not true =.=

But as a collective model, this can be reflected in the average speed of traffic blow by average the number of trucks/cars from Transportation registration database
