2 interviews
One is , I guess it is going well...i hope it's okay, I love the principal, I feel the love from the principal, 2nd interview
Now waiting for any news and 2nd in has like 16 interviewees :smile_42:  
The principal told me I am one of the lucky ones out of 206 1st in interviewees
I can't imagine how many application letter they received....206 1st interviews....? WTH

Second one, I thought I was in an exam room. The principal kept challenging me in a not-so-nice way. Keep attacking me that I haven't been with academically poor students and challenge that I can't understand them and teach accordingly...
Had to defend everywhere with examples but at the end, I conceded and let them keep attacking on that LOL. Kind of naked. LOL
They asked me to prove Pyth thm ( square of 2 sides of right angle triangle = sqaure of the slant side ) in 2 mins
I learnt this like 15 years ago...when I was F2. ROFL. I can't really recall how the formal proof is
Then I gave out a simple proof ( strictly, not a proof but a illustration/verification ).
Principal said " Smart people usually thinks of the general proof " then he gave me to read the solution for a 2-3 sec.
Then...oh yeah, that's the proof but I can't think about it in interview. LOL

I was pretty hopeless after I walked out the school. I thought I might be overqualified
Then they called me for offer =.=, but it's half teacher job and I can't feel the love of the principal

Finding the right boss is important in education sector....
