it won't suprise me that a P. student doesn't know any eng. as the "chinese oriented" system was fail........but P.5 ?? is he a "new immigrant" ?? cos they may not have any practical english lesson until HS in china.......

well.....u can't expect much from a kid in nowadays anyway.......they r different now......
