That I don't know how to answer, so I ask her.

Strength -
1. Very strong academical background. I know the material very well that I can deliver them in a effective way, together with my own learning experience. Together with my solid physics background, I can provide a lot of examples where math contribute to the real world, instead of the abstract math problems.

2. I have been teaching assistants for 5 years during my master degree. My duties involve giving tutorial classes to students, drafting quiz/final exam as well as solution. Also, in grading students work, we try to spot their weakness and summarize for the professors for teaching purpose, we will consider that as quiz/final exam drafting as well, try to tailor made an quiz/exam for students.

3. I have been organized a lot of activities during highschool and universiities. In my undergraduate, I had even organized 3 HK-wide functions ( give examples ). I am really active , passionate and experienced in organized large scale activities and hope it can contribute to the school.

Weakness.

1. I have broad interest. It may cause me, sometimes, distraction and time management problem. I have thought about this recently and decide to maintain some hobbies- 1 hobby in each field in my whole life

Sports - Badminton
Arts - Photography
Music - I am not good at it..LOL
Others - Reading

Still, my highest priority will be teaching for sure. Spending time on my personal interest may be fun to me but if I spend time on the students, they may benefit more than I can.

Also, with a broad interest, I can have a lot of topics with students and befriend with them while, befriending with students, is one of my teaching philosophy

2. I am kind of perfectionist. I used to think very detailly/thoroughly before making any decision. it's probably from my Chess hobby, think too much. To some of my friends, they may think I am undecisive with much hestitation. From me, with thorough planning, we can prevent a lot of mistakes from occuring at the beginning. Of course, in the future, if work in teams, I would definitely compromise with others as I am an easy-going person as well. I am sure my thinking will help in planning things.

3.  Only 2 weakness so far ...the 3rd one I planned is not really a weakness...or I write it down anyway

As I said, I am an easy-going person. I probably cant be strict enough to solve the discipline problem. However, this character, I do think it helps me befriend with students. Befriending with students, gaining respect from students and caring about students are the much better way in dealing with discipline problem in a strict/scold/penalty way.
