From what we briefly discuss, seems some of us are reluctant to join if hiking under heavy rain

We will switch to other activities

be a gentle way though.....something like "the drug problem seems getting quite serious in nowadays, i believe this school is outta danger zone, but i would like to know how this school going to prevent this problem........blah blah blah....."
